Day 1: NAIROBI - MAASAI MARA (Appx: 280 kms: 5-6 hrs)
0730hrs: Pick up from your hotel in Nairobi or Airport. We start the safari journey to the Maasai Mara Game reserve, which has been named as the 7th wonder of the world, due to the spectacular great migration (July to September) when over one million wildebeests and more than one hundred thousand of Zebras cross the Mara River coming from the Serengeti in search of water and greener pastures.
The Nairobi -Maasai Mara drive is via the central highlands of Kenya with views of subsistence farmlands and local community settlements, with brief stops at the view-points to marvel at the scenic-great rift valley escarpment. The Great Rift Valley stretches from the Beqaa Valley in Lebanon which is in Asia to Mozambique in Southeast Africa. It’s a series of contiguous geographic trenches, approximately 6,800 kilometers (4,300 miles) in total length, and much of it is found in Kenya, where it has literally cut the country in two. The Valley contains some of the world’s finest lakes, mountains and plains.
We shall make a stop at Narok for an early lunch.
We then proceed to Maasai Mara to arrive in the afternoon for a game viewing drive. After proceed to the lodge for check in and overnight.

Day 2: FULL DAY - MAASAI MARA
(Perfect day to undertake optional balloon ride over the plains of Maasai Mara at a fee – $ 500 per person).
After early breakfast, we shall then proceed for a full day game viewing drive, with picnic lunch boxes.
Maasai Mara Game reserve is located in South West Kenya, with vast scenic expanse of gently rolling African Savannah plains measuring approximately 1510 square kilometres in area and bordering Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to the south.
It’s famous for its spectacular natural diversity of wildlife and happens to be a premier Kenya safari location in East Africa, offering visitors many reasons to visit this animal paradise. Large numbers of Lion, Cheetah, Leopard, Elephant, African Buffalo, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Rhino, Zebra, Gazelle, and many more animals are found in the park in their natural habitat unconfined and free to roam the vast wilderness stretching for miles on end.
Overnight at Mara Wilderness Lodge. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 3: MASAI MARA - NAIROBI (280 kms: 5-6 hrs)
After breakfast, we check out and depart embark on our drive back to Nairobi arriving in late afternoon.
Drop off at your hotel/residence/Airport for your onward flight.
